Healthy Food Promotion Week

From December 22 to December 28, a Week of promoting healthy Eating is being held in Russia as part of the National Healthcare Project. The medical staff of the Krasivo sanatorium are joining a significant information campaign. Maintaining a healthy eating system helps to avoid metabolic disorders and associated diseases.

1. It is important to focus on the inclusion of essential foods in the diet (fish 2 times a week, nuts, vegetables and fruits).

2. The problem of the modern world is fast food, fast food. If you eat such food every day, your body will hardly say "thank you." And even if you feel good now, it does not mean that your health will be at the same level in the future.

3. If you decide to follow the rules of a healthy diet, you will have to reduce the consumption of the following foods to the maximum:


***All kinds of sweets (buns and pastries, cookies and chocolate bars, ice cream).

***Smoked products, canned food, fatty, spicy, salty, and fried foods. 

***Semi-finished products, carbonated water, and industrial juices.
