The project office in the Sanatorium "Krasivo" was established on September 5, 2018, which serves for tactical and operational project management and is guided in its activities by the main functions of the OUP- "Mentor". The main objectives of the Project Office are to create, support and develop a corporate management methodology - to create and implement an automated project management system.

The project office promotes and implements: the organization of training of heads of departments and employees of the sanatorium in project management, provides assistance in drafting projects and documentation, auditing the implementation of projects, analyzing the portfolio of projects and issuing recommendations for their improvement.
