From June 16 to June 22, 2025, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation declared awareness week on the importance of physical activity. In the modern world, the physical activity of the population continues to decline: every fourth adult does not move enough. However, physical activity is vital for each of us, not only for well-being.
